Husband and wife power duo Robert Brewer and Karen Holtz Holloway Brewer – a.k.a. Inches From Sin – are back with a brand new music video that’s already shaking up the pop-rock scene.
Released on September 4th 2026, the band’s video for their new single Sometimes is already making waves amongst critics for “its bold fusion of classic rock elements and modern energy,” as listeners praise Inches From Sin’s “unique ability to blend personal storytelling with social commentary.” Regular Ark of Music readers might recall the song Sometimes from its appearance on Inches From Sin’s 2025 album, We Need Love. This music video changes the game entirely. We first fell in love with this track for its throwback sound, like a “Jimi Hendrix-era hit, woven with electric guitars and prog organs for a red hot summer rock feel.” Inches of Sin detonates this vibe like a fireworks display, laying late-night footage of lovestruck daters perusing beaches, city bars and romantic hotspots over the stand-out single, crafting an instant hit for lovers as they bask in the sunset’s gleam.
Dancing in the sand, snogging in the rain, sharing stories on empty streets, gazing through steamy windows, trekking up sunny hillsides, partying in your living room, even reclaiming your inner child as you ride piggyback on your boyfriend’s shoulders, Inches From Sin capture every blessing of togetherness, of finding your one and creating memories which will last a lifetime. Did we mention this music vid is also LGBT+ inclusive? It hardly gets any better in our eyes.
Our final verdict: Highly Recommended.
