Buffalo, NY based Americana duo The Rightly So has released their sophomore effort and first full-production album, titled Vandura.
Full of soulful vocals, impeccable harmonies, and illustrious lyrics, this record encapsulates the authenticity we love about modern folk and Americana. The duo’s sound is heartfelt and genuine, with relatable stories brought to life by a skilled backing band and solid production choices. Overall, the album is a strong showing of songwriting talent and performance ability.
We particularly love Devil’s Work for its swampy southern feel and strong melodic hook, as well as the addition of the pedal steel solo.
